Exchange & Return Policy

At S A Curaclouthmed, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets our high-quality standards. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our simple and transparent exchange and return process.

Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • We offer a one-time return or exchange on eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In their original condition with tags intact

    • Packed in the original packaging

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Embroidered or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or had their tags removed will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • For prepaid orders, a flat ₹100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • This deduction applies only to returns, not exchanges.

  • Refunds will be initiated and credited within 5 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.

If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you’ll need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.
Our team will share the warehouse address upon request.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be made for size or product replacement only (no refunds for exchanges).

  • Your exchange order will be initiated once the original item is picked up and passes quality checks.

  • If reverse pickup isn’t available, please self-ship your product. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we’ll dispatch your exchange order.
  • Exchanged/ Replaced products will be delivered to you within 7 days

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • If you need to make changes to a confirmed order, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after the 24-hour window.

Refund Process

  • After the returned items reach our warehouse, they undergo a quality inspection.

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated and credited within 5 business days via the original payment method.

  • Please allow additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Our team will guide you through the pickup or self-shipping process.

Important Notes

  • We allow only one-time exchange or return per order.

  • In case of manufacturing defects or wrong item received, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
